Yes, we can assist you with preparing minutes of meetings you have attended. Most of our clients make use of this option as it is cost effective and more convenient from a logistics point of view.

We will need the meeting recording, meeting pack (with agenda), attendance register, and the minutes template to draft the minutes.

Yes, we have a pool of experienced Minute Takers in the Gauteng region available to attend and record our clients’ meetings.

The minutes and matters arising will be delivered within five working days after the meeting or after receipt of the recording.

All minutes undergo a quality review process to ensure that they are a true reflection of the proceedings, that they comply with the formatting requirements of the client, and that they are free of any errors and/or omissions.
